Gardus Technology ships worldwide, with courier, with tracking number.
The prices published on the website are inclusive of the transport in Italy.
For shipping outside Italy the transport costs will be counted based on weight and quantity of products and on the basis of the destination.
The total amount of the order will be notified before proceeding with the confirmation and payment.
Orders are processed once received.
The courier will deliver the goods directly to the address given at the time of purchase.
If delivery did not occur successfully (if the client is absent at the time of delivery), the customer will be contacted by our customer service as soon as possible, taking agreements directly with the customer. Gardus Technology is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the shipper.
Once recived the package, please check:
- The number of packages listed on the waybill is actually the one delivered;
- That the package is intact and undamaged, any disputes must be reported to the courier stating that the consignment note signed by the recall, the word "Withdrawn subject to scrutiny", if the package is considered delivered correctly.
