Aluminum front lower wishbone/control arms kit with eccentric polyurethane bushings, with fixed adjustment of -0.3° of camber and +2.5° of caster.

These front control arms are suitable for all VAG cars with MQB platform both front-wheel drive FWD and all-wheel drive / quattro AWD including:

These control arms replace the original ones Plug & Play and can be installed on cars that are built with both iron and aluminum control arms. Compared to iron control arms, aluminum ones are decidedly lighter.

The kit is complete with eccentric polyurethane bushings already installed, which allow the fixed reduction of the camber of -0.3° and the fixed increase of the caster of +2.5°.

The setup with these angles is designed for sports use and track use since the increase in caster leads to an increase in dynamic camber during steering while the reduction in static camber allows for reduced tire wear. The increase in camber when cornering allows the tires to have maximum contact with the asphalt with the consequent increase in grip.

The polyurethane bushings guarantee a notable improvement in the handling and precision of the car when cornering, accelerating and braking. They are maintenance-free and their lifespan is equal to that of the car.

 

Notes: You need to re-use the original ball joint.

Installation time: 2 hours.

After installation, wheel alignment is recommended.
